Manual assembly of printed circuit boards
Manual assembly of printed circuit boards is used in the manufacturing of samples or pilot batches of products. The characteristic of manual assembly is the application of paste with manual dispensers and the installation of components with manual manipulators.
When ordering a manual assembly service, you should provide the following data:
- In any CAD-format assembly drawing or wiring diagram;
- Specification - a description of the components;
- Indicate additional requirements: for example, coating with protective lacquer.
Automatic assembly of printed circuit boards
• Application of solder paste by a semi-automatic screen printing printer A29 (PBT) with the maximum dimensions of the printed circuit board 630 x450 mm;
• Application of solder paste by an automatic screen printer P-Primo (Juki) with a maximum PCB dimensions of 850 x610 mm;
• Installation of SMD components by automatic component inserter KE-2060 (Juki).
• Installation of SMD components by automatic component inserter KE-3010 (Juki).
When ordering an automatic assembly service, you should provide the following data:
- Gerber files for the board;
- In any CAD-format assembly drawing or wiring diagram;
- Specification - a description of the components;
- Indicate additional requirements: for example, coating with protective lacquer.
